I absolutely love this shelving unit- it's very sleek and modern looking. We just had it installed and it looks great. Because the shelves are so deep, you can't see the wires from the xbox, dvd player, cable box at all! We have an xbox, playstation, cable box, router, tons of DVDs and a receiver on the shelf and it's very sturdy. I definitely recommend this for below your mounted flat screen It really opens up your living room and adds space.

I really like this console. Although this console isn't made of real wood, it is very sturdy and does a great job of hiding wires. It was very easy to assemble. Warning: This console needs 3 studs to be wall mounted. The reason I took off a star is because, 1. It came with NO wall mounting hardware. The manual included says they don't supply the hardware needed to mount the console to the wall. That is ridiculous! 2. This console does not hold 100 regular DVD cases like the advertisement says it does. It holds around 80 DVDs. Other than these two flaws I do recommend the console.

My wife likes this make-up mirror and uses it often. There are actually two mirrors, and one of the mirrors is a magnifying mirror. You simply flip the mirror to the side you want. I mounted it to the wall in our bathroom in no time although it comes with a small stand if you prefer to put it on the counter. One minor flaw to the mirror is that it does get a little loose so I recommend from time to time making sure it is screwed on tightly. We have actually purchased this item twice because our first mirror came off the swivel and broke. The mirror can extend 48 centimeters (approximately 1.5 feet) from the wall.

Did you read the title of my review? If so good, because seriously, a hammer will not do. You'll NEED a mallet. That said,...assembly time (1 person) is about 90 mins. Less than 60 mins if you have an electric screwdriver with hex bit attachments. There are not a lot of different pieces used to put this together, so it's pretty straight-forward.
As far as the design goes - pretty solid. This an Ikea'ish design and I like it. It's very sturdy and simple to put together. Once you DO put it together, I doubt you can take it apart - the plastic holders for the slats look like they're meant to stay in,...forever. You can easily get to the legs and remove those if your moving, but just so you know, okay? Are we cool? Yes? No? Anywayz, I'd say for the money it's a good buy. No box springs necessary since the wood slats bow upward providing that needed "cush".

Very happy with the bed frame. Everything was exactly as expected. The frame is of steel and went together easily. There were plenty of slats for support of the memory foam mattress we purchased from COSTCO. I was able to press the slat clips on without a mallet as instructed. A socket wrench set and power screw driver will speed up the assembly. Looks like and goes together like an IKEA product. I have already recommended this to friends.

This shelf is very modern looking, saves space, and keeps the room looking brighter and more open by eliminating the tradition boxy shape of a bookshelf. I'm enjoying it very much in my bedroom, but other buyers should take note that this bookshelf absolutely CANNOT hold heavy items on the bottom shelves. Because of the positioning of the screws on just one side of the bottom two (largest) shelves, heavy books will cause these shelves to rotate backwards to the point of breaking. I partially solved this problem by wedging 3 old textbooks underneath the bottom shelf, which now is holding about 60 pounds worth of my school books. The second shelf I could do nothing about, and is now holding a box of tissues and some magazines. The upper shelves are more stable (ironically, since they're the smaller ones), because of the more central positioning of the screws. So YES, it looks great! But be aware that this is not the most solid of bookshelves.

I must say that this picture does not do it justice. The depth of the bottom shelf is large enough to fit a small microwave. And the top shelf is not so narrow. The shelving space is very generous. This bookcase IS NOT intended to store hundreds of heavy books. It is not made out of oak or pine wood. However, if you're like me, and have a good 20 - 30 books with no place to put them, this bookcase is perfect. It does not take up a lot of space and is very appealing to the eye. A few books, a few decorative accents and you have a very nice looking bookcase for your home office.

This is an amazing bed VISUALLY but at the end of the day i'ts a piece of crap! It has very little support ; after alot of squeaking ; having it less than 5 months it completeley collapsed. I would not recommend this to anyone all it is, is a big headache

Bought this bed for my 16 year old son's upstairs bedroom; also bought a Memory Foam mattress for it. Easy to put together and looks great. Problem is that the 'platform' is a series of bowed slats that pop out easily, leaving 'gaps'. Also, the bed is squeaky, even after being re-tightened.
I'm going to try an IKEA platform to replace the slats or simply get a sheet of plywood.

I put this light in our baby's nursery and it is just adorable! It takes a standard nightlight size bulb so it's perfect for a desired low lighting area. I even put in a blue lightbulb so it's more "real". The little holes let a tiny bit of light shine through. I paired this with the moon light from Ikea as well--simply adorable!
The only downside is the cord has to be attached to the wall using cord staples but it's no big deal.

Well, at first I didn't like this item. Purchased for my teenage daughter and was very pleased with the ease of assembly. I did not experience any issues with quality and all holes where drilled so that it was very easy to tighten together so that all corners have a consistent appearance. Once assembled, it is very sturdy.
My daughter loves this bed as it is very minimalistic and short enough that it makes her room look like it has more space than it really has.

I purchased this bed for my teenage son for Christmas. It was easy to assemble and I must say it looks very nice for a bed so affordable. I purchased a comfortable mattress (although, again, not expensive) and my son absolutely loves his bed now.

Well I've had this desk for officially 2 days now.
Good desk. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble and instructions were pretty straight forward. Fits in tight spaces; very minimalistic design, that looks great with dark wood furniture. Perfect for everything I needed. Pretty durable and sturdy as well. All tools are provided except a screw driver to assemble the desk. The only other thing you need is an allen wrench, which they provide.
However I wouldn't buy this desk from this vendor or amazon. Seeing as it's priced at 95 bucks and add in shipping, you're looking around 130 for the final product to your door. If you go to a local Ikea and/or buy it from the ikea website (providing it's in stock) you'll pay 69 bucks. I drove 3 hours to the local one and bought it in Orlando. The amount of gas it took for us to get there was less than buying it off of amazon at nearly double the price after shipping.

We bought two for our twin granddaughters. The price was much better than at the department store website we checked. Assembly was pretty easy, the directions were accurate and all of the parts were there.
The beds are a little shorter than we expected - the dimensions in the bed description are accurate, we just didn't pay attention. Actually the low height is good for us since we bought these for preschoolers.
The drawer handles stick out and have caused a few scratches/bruises so we might replace them with something rounder. These beds might not last into high school, but we should at least make it through elementary school.
We would definitely choose them again.

This is a super cheap bed. It was delivered for free via super saver shipping. So I don't know why I was surprised by the problems I had.
Problem 1) Odds are, this bed will arrive damaged. Its a heavy chunk of several particle boards and awkward to carry. Hardly surprising then, that the first one I ordered was damaged en route. Fortunately, the damage was spotted before it was delivered, so it never made it to my house. If it had been delivered (like it was to some others whose reviews I read), I'm not exactly sure how I would have repackaged it, had it picked up and returned. Its too heavy for one person to lift and maneuver - and I guess that includes the delivery people. I ordered the bed again, and this time it arrived without any noticeable damage. 50% ain't bad!
Problem 2) Shoddy construction ; annoying assembly quirks. The little handles/pulls on the drawers are sharp and have scraped my feet several times in the week I've used it. Lots of the holes and contact points for the various pieces don't line up, so you have to force them into place. While I have problems with Ikea, they spend more time making their products easy to assemble at home. Several screws on this bed required a "robertson" (square head) screw driver. I have many tools, but not one of these. What's wrong with a phillps or flathead? Dumb. Also, the directions read backwards, from the bottom of each page to the top. Really?
So it took me 3 hours to assemble this bed, without Problem 3)...
Problem 3) Missing parts. There were several missing screws, dowels, and whatnot. This would seem to be a small issue, but the bed can't be assembled without them. I had to make a separate trip to the hardware store and then file down some wooden dowels so they would fit the holes. This took an extra two hours on a separate night.
Conclusion: If I had to do it over again, I would have gotten the Nomad bed frame on Amazon, which my friend bought. Nomad Solid Hardwood Platform Bed Frame - Twin Size While it looks plain compared to the glamour shots that this South Shore bed has,it is much easier to assemble, more sturdy and has no real design flaws.
